So….. I have decided to finally join the 21st century and blog. Who came up with the word blog anyway? It’s kind of gross if you say it three times fast, lol. Anywho... I guess this is my formal introduction into the cyber world, although I have been using the internet/email/aim/social media for awhile now. But these are my most inner thoughts displayed for the world to see! Ok, maybe not my most inner, but thoughts none the less.
So where to start? I guess I should say a little about myself. I am 24, from Mason, Ohio, former fastpitch softball player, I love to dance, I live in Kentucky after graduating from NKU with a Marketing degree in 2009 and I am just your fun loving twenty something!!
Basically, the past year of my life has been spent doing three things: 1) working at the same part-time job I have had the past eight years (ugghhh) 2) sending countless resumes to every job opening I have came upon only to be REJECTED (ugghhh) 3) drinking away my sorrows with my friends who have all seemed to find a full-time job (ugghhhh, this feeling usually happens the next morning).
So as you can see, life is really going the way I planned when I set out on this venture 24 years, four months and five days ago. That’s a joke if you didn’t catch that already :(. But I feel like I am turning a corner in 2011 and I am going to make the best out of the situations that I can control, and try (begrudgingly) to live with the situations that I cannot. So this is my official introduction to the blog world…please be kind, I am new!
